Infographic | Milton Glaser
For this project, I was tasked to design an infographic in a visual style of a 20th-century designer chosen from Clifford’s book called Graphic Icons: Visionaries who shaped Modern Graphic Design. The Z-fold brochure is an A4 landscape which will be printed on both sides. The information that should be on the z-fold consists of a timeline, context, main influences, content and the style the designer went with. From the Postmodern era came the designer called Milton Glaser, whom I will discuss in the z-fold brochure.
Concept:
Glaser’s passion for design drove him to take risks, which led him to create a design with a strong message. He was able to communicate the message through his design so clearly that he connected with the audience in ways that didn’t seem possible. The aim of this z-fold is to show those incredible designs, in his style. To tell about his life story and his passion for creating something that connected and influenced people on a personal level, through his creative imagination. His bold and colourful style invites the viewer into his personal life, and experience the world through his eyes.
